Al naso si avvertono profumi di viola, note fruttate di ciliegia e prugna, echi di liquirizia e cacao; al palato è strutturato, intenso, dal tannino presente ma equilibrato.Prodotto dall'azienda vinicola Polvanera, il Gioia del Colle Rosso è ottenuto da uve primitivo e sangiovese, da vigne poste su suoli ricchi di ferro e calcare. In seguito alla raccolta manuale e alla vinificazione in acciaio, il vino sosta per quattro mesi in inox e due in bottiglia prima di essere commercializzato. Corposo, fruttato e persistente, è ottimo per accompagnare carni alla griglia o alla brace.
Si abbina con carni alla griglia, primi piatti conditi con sughi della tradizione, formaggi di media-lunga stagionatura.

Nice shirt, odd fit

This shirt looks and feels very nice, and there's no weird stitching or loose threads, but the fit was a little off. It was a little short on my husband who is 6'1", but if he stands with his hands down it doesn't really LOOK too short. It's when he raises his arms for anything that it seems weirdly tight across his the chest and it pulls the hem of the shirt up quite a lot. This could just be a body type thing, but he doesn't have that issue in other shirts the same size and style. It's a shame because the shirt itself seems really nice.
